Working as either prime consultant or sub-consultant within a multi-disciplinary team, JLLA brings vast experience to streetsacpe and urban design projects. Urban design projects have varied from the design of community plazas such as the Prince George Civic Centre and Fort St. James Spirit Square, to preparation of Urban Design Guidelines for the City of Prince George and District of Tumbler Ridge. |

Significant Streetscape projects have included:
- Third Avenue Revitilization in Prince George
- Burrard Avenue and Stewart Street in Vanderhoof where new sidewalks, lighting and planting bulbouts were installed within a 4-phase project
- Street Tree Master Plan for the City of Prince George which provides a list and planting guidelines for all future tree planting in the downtown streets.
- Front Street Revitalization for the City of Quesnel
- Landscape Enhancement for downtown streets in Tumbler Ridge, BC
- Highway 16 Revitalization through downtown Burns Lake, BC
